60's FOLK REVIVAL ~ Where Have All The Folk Songs Gone with Sue and Dwight, Michelle Rumball, and Tony Laviola

Artword Artbar, 15 Colbourne St., Hamilton, ON

Imagine an evening that transforms the Artword Artbar into one of the 1960s coffeehouses of Yorkville or Greenwich Village. The lyrics have meaning, the voices are true and passionate in solo and in harmony, and the music inspires the audience to join in. Where Have All The Folk Songs Gone recreates the songs of hope and social justice, messages that still resonate today. The show covers the songs of the great singers and poets including Pete Seeger, Bob Dylan, Ian & Sylvia, Peter Paul and Mary, and Phil Ochs. Song-sheets are provided. http://wherehaveallthefolksongsgone.blogspot.ca/
